performance: losing 1.5 lb a week
I'm a 64 yr old yoyo person since 40 and trying to lose 50 lbs gained in the last 20 yrs for the usual reasons. Have been changing my eating habits for past few years. Have this horrible carb craving issue. Working on that. Starting the Fat Smash Diet Monday. It is my goal to lose the 50 lbs by October 2013. Would make me really happy to get a jump of 10 to 20 lbs by March. Just an outside hope. Second big issue is exercise on daily or 3xwk basis. I had it down pat about 3 years ago and then family issues and babysitting grandson, just got out of habit. Going to start routine of 10 minutes twice daily or 3xwk beginning on Monday. I am sick today, who knows what I came across at the family dinner, but I have it. Hoping to be up and going good on Monday to start diet.
