I'm stuck in a vicious cycle. When I'm depressed, I eat. When I eat I gain more weight. I get more depressed, I eat, I gain more weight. Thankfully with the local aquatic center opening up in a few weeks, and not wanting to waste my season pass I won't have an excuse not to go and at least splash around for an hour or attend the water aerobics classes that I enjoyed there last summer a few days a week.
