November 11th 2020 my weight was 259lbs,so I decided to start my weight loss journey. I lost 20lbs, then found this website on Jan 2nd 2021 and joined. All the support and information here will help me stay on track. I'm trying a lower carb approach, with Intermittent Fasting 16:8. Every success to all of you on your journey! I'm back after a couple of years. Now retired, I have gained some weight, so back to the fun
