Had a horrible week from a nutrition standpoint. I didn't see a carb I didn't like. Only worked out once (for the warm up and about 10 minutes) because I was feeling fragile. Feeling better, so far, this week. I'm sure watching nutrition and getting in some working outs will make me feel better.

Went out for Mexican food last night for dinner. Even though I'm up a bit, due to too many chips and too much salt and fat in the food, it was worth every bite!
I'm already back on track for a great weekend!

So, I'm up a little even though I exercised last night. No Powerade Zero during the work out. Also, I had double items for dinner - 2 sliders, 2 veggie chips (snack). However, based on how I've been eating in the past few months, I at least controlled the double portions.

The only Off plan item I had yesterday was a small piece of b-day cake at the monthly b-day party at work. I emphasize small because I usually have a big piece or two pieces.
