So, I'm up a little even though I exercised last night. No Powerade Zero during the work out. Also, I had double items for dinner - 2 sliders, 2 veggie chips (snack). However, based on how I've been eating in the past few months, I at least controlled the double portions.
241.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 66.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.2 lb a week
