stayed on track and although at WW weigh in i only showed a loss of 1.4 lbs. i actually lost more because i gained more after last meeting. back on track now and i hope to lose again next week. definetly getting a little harder, but i'm sticking with it. my cousin gave me a picture of myself a year ago and i was actually shocked to see just how big i was then. i'm keeping it and posting on my fridge for when i need reminding how far i've come and i don't ever want to see that broad again! but what a good feeling it is to know what i look like now.

i'm missing my WW meeting this week, we are going to an arts and crafts show, this week was just horrible and i know i probably gained weight, so this week i'm going to be very stringent and hopefully when i go back next week i'll be where i should be. i'm definetly not giving up though, i've come too far for that. i've taken a wrong turn this week, and i'm going to correct my mistake and get on the right path this week.

my weight is up, i'm not sure by how much, the weekend was just awful as far as the diet went. today i'm off and i did stick to my commitment of going for a walk, did my 2 miles. i was hoping to get out over the weekend but i didn't, we were just too busy. TOM has now left and i'm hoping for better results this week. so far my scale is being unkind, but i have the rest of this week to hopefully get back on track here.

yep, i gained this week, but only 0.4 and i have to say i was absolutely thrilled that was all. seeing as how TOM was visiting i really expected it to be much worse and lately it has been. but i have to admit i think the walking helped the gain be not as huge as it's been the last few months. so i guess i have to admit exercise is benefical(oh i hate it when they're right about that).i'm going to try my hardest to walk at least 3-4 days a week, i have a 2 mile walk mapped out and honestly thats what saved me this week.

okay, day 3 of walking, my legs are feeling it, but still it feels good, i'm working my butt off this week. you know that TOM is visiting and i'm really trying hard to have the weight gain under better control before weigh in. i know i've gained(according to my scale, and due to the day of bingeing) i'm just hoping that the walking and sticking strictly to my diet keeps me at a mininmal gain at WW. i get sick and tired of having 2 good weeks and then 2 weeks that i just want to avoid the scale altogether. tried a new recipe for breakfast this morning, got it from "cook yourself thin", if you like stuffed french toast you'll love it. i used egg beaters-1/2c.,1/2 tsp. cinnamon,2 tbsp. skim milk and 1 tsp. honey, mix together, and dip low cal. whole wheat bread(without crusts)into mix and press into muffin pan(makes 4,serves 2) then bake at 375 for about 12 min. or until a little crisp. then use fat free ricotta cheese, divide into equal amts. into each cup,top with berries(i used strawberries)and then drizzle low cal. syrup over top. OMG! it was so good and you can eat 2 of them and they really fill you up. okay all my FS buddies wish me luck for saturdays weigh in....i can take a gain, i just don't want it to be alot.
