Hi, I am in midst of many life changes. White female, age 41, Mom of four, working full time and college student again. My children are ages 4, 14,19, 21. Life is stressful! No details, just is. I was exercising in a boot camp class two nights a week. Now that has ended, added cardio to home workout. Work out in my fitness class 2 days a week for an hour each day. At home floor exercises and cardio. Weight training is included in the fitness class at the gym/college.
UPDATE: Since Dec 2010 - migraine hell. Good news healthy heart! Some of the medications made working out dangerous lately. I was unable to sweat and adjust my internal body tempature. Agained back what I had lost. Need an over haul again and a full adapation of lifestyle.
