Im 38 yrs. Moved from my hometown in 97' Since then I have gained approx 65lbs. My schedule is VERY hectic I have 3 kids. 14yrs 6yrs & 5yrs. When school starts I get little to no sleep.
The weight has seemed to just keep adding up over the past couple of yrs. I dont like how I look or feel.
The biggest problem I have is scheduling for excercise. My wife does all the cooking & because I work 2nd/3rd shift 6pm-4am I usually come home to a plate in the fridge for me that I reheat. She tries to cook healthy but when I tell her I wanna loose weight she doesn seem too supportive. Plus with the kids theres ALWAYS cookie n goodies in the house that makes it VERY hard. I hope this is the answer to help me watch my calorie intake. Which a friend has recommended I keep it under 2000. Fingers crossed
