My name is Traci Zavala. I am married with two children. My son is 17 and my daughter is 10. I am more of an outdoorsy kind of person, where as my husband would rather sit inside all the time. I am active in my church, and with my daughters cheerleading squad. I am the assistant coach.
I love fresh fruits and vegetables. However, since I am diabetic, I have to watch the sugar intake. I have not been a very good candidate for that over the three years since I was diagnosed. It's time I start taking it serious before I do even more damage to my body. So this is not a diet for me this is a lifestyle change. One that only I can make work. If falter once in a while I am only human, right!?
