I'm almost 24. 5'1".
I have big interest in health and fitness.
I love running and am training to do my first full marathon sometime in the future. I also hope to do a triathlon with my husband this summer.

My BMI has never been out of the normal/healthy range, but I have definitely "felt" chunky due to poor eating choices. My weight on the scale has fluctuated a bit too, throughout college. Ranging from 130 (at my poorest of eating/drinking) to 105 (my wedding day, a result of over a year of vegetarianism and a healthy running regime).

I feel like I routinely research into food science and eating lifestyles every 3 to 6 months or so. I'm always looking for a balanced and healthy lifestyle that will feed the body I want.

I'm currently reading into Sugar Busters, Atkins, and Jorge Cruise's Belly Fat Cure. The more research I've read about sugar and carbs the more I think I need to find a healthy relationship with good-for-me carbs.
