I am a former extremely overweight female who has become very competitive with herself over the years. I work very hard to keep my weight down. I am a triathlete and runner. I injured my back over the course of a few years and am in full recovery and training for another marathon in 2010. I gained almost 30 lbs. after losing 90 lbs. I've lost 12 and would like to lose 21 more to get down to where I was when I was knee deep in competing. I loved the way I felt when I was at 140, physically and mentally. I love my life with my husband and I have 1 dog, (Stewie, an 3 yr old mini schnauzer) and 3 cats, (Rambo, Annican and OB-1). I love all things outdoors, I love to travel and I love to try new things. I hope to be back down to where I was a few years ago by Dec. 31st of this year and keep it there this time. I'm trying really hard not to focus on the scale and just look at how my clothes fit but at the moment, I'm having issues with a 3-8 lb. plateau and not sure what I need to do to break it!
