I'm a 28 year old woman out of St Louis, M0, currently 173lbs. My goal is to get down to a healthy 130lbs, at the very least 125. The smallest I've been is 110 when I was in the military, and that was just too small! I'm only 5'2'', so that's actually a healthy weight, however I looked like I was 12 LOL. I've struggled with my weight since 2001, and each year it has constantly went up. I had a child in 2006, by that time I went from 110 to 165, 175 after I had my son. I dropped massive weight after I had him, down to 142, however it crawled right back up since it was all water weight. So now I'm putting myself thru a 90 day challenge to see how dedicated I can be to getting healthy, not just losing weight. The tools I'm currently using is doing the Body-By-Vi 90 day challenge sponsored by a company called Visalus using on of their challenge kits. For exercise I'm alternating between two video games on my Xbox Kinect, Dance Central & The Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout. Though the company Visalus has an online community for challengers, fatsecret.com works for me as well since there's an app on my phone for it and it has a more expansive community & features. So far I'm loving the ride, and can't wait to get to my destination!
