I am so wiped today. Worked out last night with my trainer and now all day today I'm exhausted. Tomorrow is going to be painful then because I have another session with my trainer tonight! I thought working out was supposed to give you more energy? The past week and a half it has just left me feeling like my tank is empty. I know that as I keep up working out I'm sure I'll feel the more energy you are supposed to, but man this makes it hard!

Up .1. I'm so mad at myself. I followed my diet reasonably well but of course that small little gain makes me think of the few things I had that fit into my calories for the day but might not have been the best choice. Ugh. I hate that. But I got in 6 one-hour workouts this week so I'm happy about that and overall I'm feeling better than last week so I'm thankful for that. I did eat dinner pretty late last night so I'm hoping this is a fluke and I'll actually be down tomorrow morning. I try not to weight myself every day but I am going to weight myself again tomorrow to see where I'm really at and if my late dinner did have a part in this weight in!

Overall not a bad few days! Worked out every day Monday through Thursday (at least an hour each time) and stuck to 1200 calories a day pretty much. I'm also really sticking to eating real foods and not many processed foods. I think the only processed food I've really eaten has been my cereal in the morning! Friday was a little bump in the road. I was exhausted after my first full week of working out every day and working with my trainer so I was wiped. I also had a really tough day at work on top of it. However, instead of comforting myself with food after a really stressful day at work, I decided to pamper myself a bit a got a manicure and a back massage. I then hung out at the bar and didn't have anything to drink!!!! That's huge for me because I love to kick back and have a few beers. I also decided to treat myself to a grilled chicken quesadilla at the bar. I held myself in check with the sour cream and didn't eat everything on my plate. And it only really brought me up to about 1400 calories that day so overall not too bad. Then Saturday I was back on 1200 calories and did an hour and a half up in the gym. Today I went to the Jets game and again no beer!!! I indulged in a small hot chocolate because it was freezing but didn't partake in any other stadium food!!!! Then I came home, had my normal healthy dinner and just got back from my hour up in the gym. Overall I think I held to it pretty well. Got all my water in every day too. Let's just hope the scale shows the progress that I think I made this week. We'll see tomorrow morning! Regardless of what the scale says though, I know I am on track and making strides to be healthier and I feel better about it already. My blood pressure is already down and it's only 1 week in! I can't wait to see what the coming weeks will have in store for me and the positive changes I'll see!

Day 3 a success. I stuck to my diet all day and had another training session tonight. I don't know how I got through it before my legs are still so sore, but I did. It'll be interesting to see how my legs feel tomorrow morning! I can't wait to be a few weeks into training so I'm not so sore all the time. But then again being sore tells me that it's working and I'm building muscle so it's not all bad. Same plan for tomorrow - 1200 calories and training plus about an hour on the elliptical after training.

Another good day! I went a little over my calories but still under 1300 and it was all healthy stuff. And I got on the elliptical for about 45 minutes today. I'm actually really proud of that because my legs HURT from training yesterday so it would have been easy to try to make excuses not to. I just hope my muscles are less sore tomorrow for my next training session!!!
