second day of my detox today - yesterday was definitely a success despite all my caffiene/sugar withdrawl headaches. i'm feeling much better today (though i have to admit i took some paracetamol this morning - i need to do work and i had a terrible headache still).
apple for breakfast, big salad for lunch and plenty of water.
i feel really motivated, i apparently lost 4lbs or so since i weighed in yesterday morning at 110 and my stomach looks totally flat...worth the caffiene headaches!

so today i started on a 3 detox, and it's been much harder than i expected.
i'm used to crash diets and not eating, and have been trying to increase my water intake anyway, but the whole cutting out caffeine cold turkey...that actually hurts.
i've had to sleep for most of the day because i've had the worst headache and haven't been able to see straight but i've pretty much stuck to the plan (apart from a 30 calorie biscuit i LET myself have just incase the headaches were lack of sugar. clearly not. oops).
i thought detoxing was meant to make you feel good!
hopefully i'll have a bit more energy tomorrow and none of these damn aches and pains.
