I'm really trying hard to eat "normally".
Crazy stupid, huh, that I actually need lists from the doctor as to what constitutes "normal" eating.
Like a "normal" meal, a whole sandwich, salad on the side, everything. I really don't want to touch those carbs, fat, calories in that sandwich!
It's hard when i'm on my own, but I just need to keep telling myself that I need this food, that i need to be "normal".
I know i'm sick and it scares me.
I'm so up and down on this actually, one week i'll be all, okay, i'll try, i'll recover,
then i'll be all, oh crap, binge, maybe because food is starting to seem okay or something, then i'll snap and go back to square one and going crazy.
Food makes me so, so, sick.
