so grossed out about yesterday, was all going really well and i hadn't felt like eating at all, tried to eat some watered down tomato soup before i went out and i could only get like 3 spoonfuls down because i felt too guilty about it, so i settled for a lettuce leaf and a tomato (30cals).
wish i hadn't even bothered with that because i had a good few drinks at the opening and those booze cals really add up, drinks for the night came to a shocking 1136 calories!! that was just a cider, 2 doubles with coke and half a bottle of wine! shocking!
plus afterwards the pub had arranged food for us which we hadn't realised so i ended up drunkenly scoffing 3 slices of veggie pizza, 3 onion rings and 4 chips WITH tomato sauce and mayonnaise.
all of that come up to 760 cals which is more than i usally eat in a day. disgusting.
in total it meant i had 1926 calories, that's almost 2000 :(
if i did that every day i'd be totally obese, guess who's not eating today!


everything i ate yesterday, just to disgust myself:
3 tablespoons tomato soup
leaf of lettuce
cherry tomato

3 slices pizza
3 onion rings
4 chips
tomato sauce
mayonnaise

woop! last day of my detox today which i'm glad of as i feel AWFUL. 6lbs lost in 3 days is pretty good though. i'm going to start weaning myself onto carbs today with a bowl of ready brek for lunch - hopefully i'll feel less weak after that and can actually get on with things tomorrow.
i was meant to do a SWF this morning but i just felt so weak and sore all over i couldn't bear it. i'll see how i'm feeling tonight but i might just pop a few laxatives instead, maybe less effective but sounds much more pleasant.

i'm going to continue introducing foods slowly to my diet over the next week or so as it would be a shame to just regain all of that weight. i'm going to stick with the 8 pints of water a day though and definitely cut down on my caffiene consumption - those withdrawl symptoms have scared me!


**i felt too guilty having something as big as a bowl of ready brek as it would be like 100 cals, so i had salad and a rice cake instead. still feel strangely guilty. ah well, carrot soup for dinner which actually still brings this up to my lowest cal day yet. i'm also feeling much better, no painkillers today and my caffiene headache is almost gone. yay!
maybe i'll have the ready brek for dinner tomorrow, as i'm planning on going out for a good few (post detox!) drinks...probably worse on an empty stomach!
