Oral anxiety
I can so relate to your feelings. I have never been diagnosed but there is no way that I don't have some sort of disorder. Thinking about food the way I do, eating food the way I do at times and crying about feeling out of control, just fighting with an urge for hours, it's not normal. When I have a plan in place like I do now (back to WW yesterday) is what will make me feel better because for the most part every day after today I'm going to weigh less. Yes, I'm going to slip up here and there but still, there is a plan in place. Yes I'm going to be frustrated that it's not happening fast enough, but it's happening and there is a plan in place. It's when I get to where I want to be that I never seem to come up with a good plan to stay there. I'm there for a while but them boom, I lose control of the mind and the disorder takes over and I'm with out a plan and out of control. One of the worse feelings ever. Have a plan and just try to stick to it, don't beat yourself up too much when you lose control but get back on plan. Talk to yourself. haha Good Luck

Low Cal Snacks?
Fiber One Chocolate Fudge Brownie, 90 calories. Not very big but tastes very good. Perfect if you just need a little something that tastes like not dieting.
