I'm a guy that's struggled with his weight most of his life. Relatively athletic youngster, fat in high school. In my early-to-mid 20's I lost 80 pounds and felt great. I did it by working out every single day, and constantly trying new things and exercises. By my mid-thirties, unfortunately, I have gained most of it back. Now, with a job and a wife and a kid, I have to do it again, but differently. Gone are the days that I can spend 2+ hours in the gym 5-7 days a week. Now, I'm doing it with a cut in calories. And this time - THIS TIME - I'm not letting it creep back on me.
