performance: losing 1.1 lb a week
It would have been back in 2000-Spring that I began losing my biggest amount of weight. By beginning to exercise and limiting portions, I lost 35-40 lbs. I have managed to keep that off, but still would like to lose 20 lbs. I work hard and I go to a Spinning class several times a week-anywhere from 2-5 days a week. So i think my exercise routine is there, so now my eating pattern needs to be tweaked. I look forward to having this support since it can be a daily struggle to stay on track!
