Wow what a hard fought for 1/2kg, 4 crossfit sessions, 2 yoga sessions. Only had one meal off the wagon and I didn't do my usual oh well I fell off lets roll under that cart and eat everything in sight, best of all no sweets only a few dates managed to avoid massive amounts of wheat based food and no booze! it feels like it has been an incredibly long week, small child not sleeping and back and forwards to the lawyers with my sister (she is separating from her husband)A 3 year old walked off from school this afternoon and I was one of the mums frantically running the streets in the rain looking for her, that was a horrific 20 minutes I can't imagine how long it was for her mum, we found her she decided to try try to walk faster than the other kids leaving school and take herself home. Now it's Friday and i'm having wine for tea, I bloody deserve it!Good luck with those personal dragons xx

Just weighing in to keep myself honest, started back at crossfit last night, there is something satisfying about death in numbers. I have a pt bar session this afternoon I figure in for a penny in for a pound, tomorrow I may not be able to walk and perhaps I can shed a pound of flesh. Off to slay dragons and win with small victories, learning to love kimich xx

I forgot it get's easier, be mindful get rewarded. Don't over eat sleep better, I have a measure and photos today, it might be a waste of time I have been pretty slack the last 6 weeks but I committed to doing it and it would be easy to bail but I ate it I own it. Just got to keep going with the mantra "winning with small victories"

Actually back on track, not just pretend and make appropriate noises and then put food in the too hard basket. Sprained wrist, rolled ankle its been a week of injury but I just have to keep reminding myself bodies are made in the kitchen not the gym. Right I'm off to do chores at Granddads! Fudge, I'm back in the red, Well it's been a rough 4 months but I'm back and as fixed as I think I will get. I joined a community weight loss challenge for motivation and perhaps some prize money.....It's fortnightly weigh ins and weekly circuit classes, I don't have full mobility for classes so I scale them but it's good to be active again and spring time always makes life easier, sun shine hours increases and so does everyone's moods!
