Fo fum, I feel like everything in my house needs an upgrade pc intermittently refuses to play, the land line either sounds like its behind a wall of rushing water or just wont charge and now my perfectly good 2nd hand tv I have only had 5 years has got the memo and the spring in the on/off button has bitten the dust and it didn't come with a remote! Lucky I'm killing myself at crossfit and hardly have energy to shower let alone chat on the phone or watch tv at night. Still eating too much even though it's not perceived crap it's still to much but it's progress, I do still think as a girl of generous proportions I should shed at least 5kgs for every class I do but it isn't happening, bloody reality tv has alot to answer for!! still winning with small victories and practicing slaying those inner dragons!

This week was a classic case of I just ate too much "good" food, by that I mean there was no takeaways no food labels stating you are about to consume Junk or this product was made by the devil. However there was just too much food in volume, classic rookie mistakes in back to back meeting till 2.30pm then the mad rush to pick kids up from school = no lunch, I moved my sister out of her house on Wednesday and the movers were running 5 hours late ringing around at last minute to get another company in, So I thought to save time and money I would move all the furniture outside, this did two things made me starving and made me sore. So all week although I haven't stopped for burgers or ice cream in a tizz but I have fantasized about greasy glass noodles with BBQ Pork and Kebabs dripping in saucy goodness, there has been poor choices, an ENTIRE punnet of babaganough hummus....Being to tired to remember to buy almond milk so drinking the boys whole milk, that stuff is packed with cals and carbs who knew! Right two things on my checklist must be done before I can do the school drop then go to yoga in a desperate attempt to gain some mobility.
