Fudge, I'm back in the red, Well it's been a rough 4 months but I'm back and as fixed as I think I will get. I joined a community weight loss challenge for motivation and perhaps some prize money.....It's fortnightly weigh ins and weekly circuit classes, I don't have full mobility for classes so I scale them but it's good to be active again and spring time always makes life easier, sun shine hours increases and so does everyone's moods!
