Well it's still shifting slowly, I need to really keep better track of what I'm eating I wish the app would work offline so I could add stuff during the day instead of relying on when I 'm near a pc or wifi. I have noticed my sugar and carbs were huge yesterday, I will have to watch Uni Tuesdays trying to find a balance of enough food to take so I don't buy anything there, I thought porridge for tea was smart it's filling and cheap not processed and at least it wasn't pizza, fried chicken and chips with everyone else eeek I'm not sure how to get around it next week at the moment I just keep playing the lent card. It's the last week of the crossfit open coming up and I earnt some new hand rips last week and a new pb, 70kg deadlift, I used to weigh that!! right i'm off to roar at the children we are late....again xx

I have been slack, not logging food not paying enough attention to portions, eating straight out of the bag......So many not great habits creeping in it's just lucky I'm exercising like an athlete or the scale could have easily gone the other way! Only 3 weeks left of lent hooray although I'm pretty sure it's helped me by taking away baked goods there has been no cakes, biscuits, crackers or bread so it means I have 3 weeks to get into better habits again!
In other exciting news I am ranked 27177 in the scaled womens for the crossfit open so having my hands ripped open on the bar was totally worth it ;0)

I have been pretty shonky on keeping my food diary up to date the last couple of weeks and my choices have not always been the best but I am exercising like an athlete and my poor choices are much better than they used to be both in quantity and quality. I had a 5 hour commute yesterday for a work meeting, I took knitting even though it was hot and managed not to eat any of the catering then last night at 8pm I decided I needed a chocolate ice cream with cream and frozen berries, way to go me! I hope everyone is winning their own battles I'm off to slay some dragons xx

I just can't seem to find any motivation this week! I want to sit on my arse and eat crap!! I went to a seminar on nutrition last week by Darren Ellis and it was really good, nothing ground breaking but good sound advice but since Tuesday I have just had no will power past lunch, I'm still going to crossfit and thank god for lent lucky I gave up baked goods or it might have been worse but I'm struggling to find the place where the sugar monster doesn't body snatch me. Arghhhh need a systems reset on the bright side a lady from the gym is going to my measurements for me next week, I need to get back to slaying those dragons x
