I have blured the lines a bit of late a bit like doing an adult colouring in book with crayons stolen for your kid! We went away for the last 8 days of the school holidays and it's hard to make good choices when your tired especially when you can't sleep but last night was the first night in probably more than two weeks it was under 20 degrees (68f) and I actually got a decent nights sleep almost 10 hours so the world is a better place for it!
I have broken the 15kg barrier next mini goal is too see 09, today I'm going to clean my house and find my tape measure I'm desperate to do measurements so on the weeks I don't loose I can still see progress I won't store them in my phone again though, I had been doing that but not hitting add on the calendar so I lost all of last years data, hate that. Right im off to do the pre school bark, where are your shoes! brush your teeth...... Good luck with those dragons folks #winningwithsmallvictories xx

Who knew how much I use my pc, I bought a new one but it was a lemon and I had to take it back it's been almost a week and I am still waiting for my refund bloody robbers. I have been pretty consistent with my food and exercise but really need to watch those portion sizes, I had a blow out on MOnday I was just over it, I had a piece of crumbed fried fish for lunch it was devine then polished off the afternoon with a slice of shortbread and a slice of stone fruit torte, then put my big girl panties on and got on with my eating plan and that I guess it what "they" call progress I did't eat my way through the house, there is still chocolate and baking but I don't feel compelled to eat my way around the house until all the "bad" food is gone I just had a blow out and it's done. Last two weeks of the holidays I will miss my shadow but am looking forward to some adult time. I hope everyone else is managing to slay their dragons #winningwithsmallvictories

Hmmm Well I know its not my fat arse related so I am assuming it's water, I should practice what I read, when you jump on the scales you are only weighing your self esteem. I have been eating to many nuts but I have been doing a new thing to curb that bad habit I have a scoop from my protein powder and portion control that way, no more mindless eating from the bag. Day 12 of the sugar detox, no fruit no wheat or starches no dairy it's actually not as grim as I thought it might be. The hardest part was last night when David Bowie died I just wanted to drink wine and listen to youtube and cry but I have training at 12 so it wouldn't do either of us any good. I met him in 1983, my mum was one of those screaming women at the airport I held his hand and showed him how good I can skip and told him my mummy loves you david bowie, I am hoping the metal armada have done a tribute and they will play it today at the box.
