i'm a mother of three ages 5,10,and 12 and a wife of the most wonderful man in the world, oh yeah and can't forget the 4 furry kids (chihuahuas).
my husband and i have been married for 4 very rocky yrs and only just now seen the light of our love. he and the rest of our family are becoming very supportive which is something every one who is going thru weightloss needs.

for anyone who has had success from 1lb to 20000000lb
what exercise helped you out most?
I'm walking on the treadmill once daily at 3mph and try for an incline of 3% but not always happening (until i can work up more energy). after my move i will be using the treadmill but not as much as i have pure country land to walk and a two mile range (from my house to the church down the road and back) so on sunny warm days I'll be out walking. my main question is though is walking and eating right enough to loose the poundage and huge prego-looking belly i want? or should i be doing other things, if so what other things would you recommend?

thank you both for your encuragement i can't tell you what it means to me to have this much support, it's more then i could ever imagen. i'm doing great today with everything we had spaghetti for lunch today and i soooo wanted to splurge and eat what i normaly do but when i measured it then ate it i realised it's actualy more then i normaly eat in spaghetti LOL, but mmmmm soooo good hehe .... so again thank you sooo much for every encuraging word and though .

ok heres the deal, i got on this site to try to loose the flub i gained with childbirth and life, but every site i join asks me what my current weight is (yes i know it's a haveto thing and to me no biggy ) my problem is , i don't have a scale to find out my exact weight so i go by what i seen last time i did have one (about a yr ago ) and round it up a couple of pounds (as i'm sure it's more but to be nice to myself only a couple) . so heres the question , is it going to ruin all my efforts because i can't tell how much i was to start with , and that i may not be able to weigh in for a while (soon to be ex hubby won't get me a scale yet but says he will)?

also when i was entering my excersizes it didn't give the "mow yard" option does that mean it's not considered an approprat excersize?
