Sooooo want to lose weight!!!!
Thanks guys... I am trying to lower my calories.. I am at 1154 cals right now but I am soooo hungry and my last meal can't go over 500 cals right? So some eggys and a big salad?? I hope that satisfies me!! I am drinking over a gallon of water a day too! I didn't eat this much in the beginning to lose weight but then I got really really hungry as the days go on... SO I will try and keep the cals @ 1500-1600. Just hoping to see a change in the scale or clothing....

Sooooo want to lose weight!!!!
Ok I have been on this "WOE" for two weeks... No weight loss. Same 140..I am 5 foot 2 inches... but my body feels like I gained weight! I am always hungry.. Trying to get me cals below 2000! I keep going over! What am I doing wrong? I eat eggs and cheese in morn, burgers and salad for lunch and then eggs or burgers for dinner with salad.... I so want to lose weight. I even started walk/jogging everyday... What else could it be??? Besides eating too much? That must be it. Can you look over my diet journal... please!?!!?!?

wow I wish I wasn't hungry anymore...I am having a hard time keep my calories below 2000. and I am a 5foot 2 inch gal. I hope this happens to me. I can always force myself to eat!!! How log have you all been on this to lose your appetite?
