I was one of those annoying people who never seem to put on weight until I contracted chicken pox at the age of 30. I went from 160lbs down to 126lb and couldnt put it back on. I started using weight gain products and ruined my metabolysm. My weight piled on to nearly 196lbs.
I joined a gym and started spinning classes 5 times a week and yoga 3 times a week - I felt great.
Then I lost my job and with it the means to pay my gym membership. The lack of income also means I can no longer be picky about what I eat.
This is what brings me here. I can track what I eat and motivate myself to exercise.
