How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I use Saturday's as my give yourself a treat day. so if the family wants something like Pizza it's only on a saturday. so each saturday morning I weigh myself and sometimes this helps my "Cheat" day stay within range of what I would normally eat while watching what I eat.
