I checked my weight 3 times, but it keeps coming up 309, a loss of 6 lbs. It has to be mostly water, but it's still strange.
Had some trouble getting to sleep last night. All that keto-induced energy is a problem at night. Woke up feeling good, still no hunger.

I've added fasting and intermittent fasting to my arsenal. Rereading The Obesity Code by Jason Fung. Broke my fast this morning when I went out to breakfast with my cousins. I had coffee, half-and-half, eggs, and bacon, so I'm still LCHF and my hunger has not returned.
