Looks like I'm doing a coffee/fat fast today, but not on purpose. I didn't bring a nice lchf lunch to see me through the day. :-( I do have some canned tuna and avocado mayo I could mix up, but I'll see how this coffee/fat fast does for now.
On Sunday a friend fixed a delicious low-carb brunch, but I think it was much higher in carbs than I'm used to eating. She gave me some to take home for lunches, but I ended up eating it all on Sunday night. I know I had too much protein.
Yesterday I took a friend for her outpatient surgery. Long day. I stopped myself from stopping for fast food, and when I got home I ate some chicken and took a nap. Later I devoured an entire bowl of leftover carmelized onions, bell peppers, and bacon. It was wonderful!
I felt unmotivated last night, so I didn't prepare a lunch for today. No slacking off tonight.

Well. Got home after work, lay down on the sofa, and barely moved until bedtime. Did not prepare any food, did not wash my hair. For dinner I ate cherry tomatoes and chicken. Zero points for accomplishing absolutely nothing.

No matter how well I eat, getting on the scale is a game of up and down. I ate well yesterday (Wednesday), but I'm up 4 lbs. Fluctuation can't be helped.
IF (except for butter coffee) since 8:00 last night, so about 17 hours total. My feeding window will open in the next hour, but I'm not really hungry.

- got to work on time!

- salami, cream cheese, dill pickle

- salad w/bacon

- coffee, 15ml cream
4:30pm - work day is almost over. I would rather have waited until 2pm to eat lunch, but couldn't or didn't. I feel fine right now, not hungry.
