Hello everyone, I'm Shannon. I live in Olive Branch, Mississippi with my husband and 10 year old son. I seem to lose the SAME 5-10 pounds atleast 3 times EVERY year. I want this to stop. I will celebrate my 39th birthday in July and want to be at my goal weight. I love to exercise, once I get there, but can come up with many excuses!!!

Namaste to all yogis!
Direct TV has the Fit channel. I like to DVR several for the week. They have alot of different types of workouts, so you will not get bored with the same'ol stuff.

When do you feel your best?
I feel best while exercising. It is impossible for me to not smile while on the elliptical or treadmill. I guess that is because I actually made it to the gym. I love the workout, it is the getting there that is hard for me.
