I am a 49 year old female, who has struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. Six years ago, I successfully lost 75 lbs with Weight Watchers and felt great!! I didn't go through the maintenance program at the time, thinking that I could do it on my own. WRONG WRONG WRONG!!! I also had a hard time accepting all the compliments coming my way (I know that sounds silly). Because I tend to eat when I am stressed, I slowly gained all the weight back. I was going through some tough 'life' situations and coupled together with not being able to handle the compliments...I lost the battle with my weight. Here I am again...trying to lose that weight...I know I can do it! This time, I will hold my head high, and accept compliments!!!! :) Because I DESERVE THEM when I have worked so hard!! (Don't know why I always have to learn the hard way!)

Do you keep track?
....of everything you eat? Tracking definitely plays a HUGE part in my weight loss success. If I write down and journal every day, my success at the scale is much greater.

Want to know how many calories you burn??
