I am trying to get back on track, but it's hard. I feel so weak and tired all the time. My energy is low. I try to exercise but I don't know, my body doens't want to or something. I may end up seeing a dr. again to check thyroid, although the result is the same. Maybe it's my depression they always say.

I have not gained nor lost this past week, which is not great, but it's not bad either. I have gotten some low cal snacks and some Smart Ones TV dinners for lunch. I need to get fruit this weekend and see if that helps the hunger. We'll see what next week weigh in holds for me ;)

I have gained another .5 lbs. so I am back to my original weight. I think it's time I get serious. The problem is my husband doesn't care what I look like so I have not support once I get home! I have to resist drinking the DR. Pepper and figure out a diet plan that I can stick to, yet not starve myself.

My will power to resist snacks is weak. I love the sweets, I am praying and trying to get rid of them or atleast cut back more than what I have. It is hard because my husband is skinny and my older sons are skinny and can eat whatever they want and the temptation is there all the time especially because they don't help me resist. My 10 year old and I are the chunky ones, I have to do something about this, I don't want him to have health problems. I have to focus on walking or jogging or riding bikes with him several days a week. We are not an active family, but I think it's time we start being active. I'm going to map out a plan and try to get everyone on board!
