I am trying to get back on track, but it's hard. I feel so weak and tired all the time. My energy is low. I try to exercise but I don't know, my body doens't want to or something. I may end up seeing a dr. again to check thyroid, although the result is the same. Maybe it's my depression they always say.

I saw your post and looked at your food diary - no offense, but you eat a lot of junk that will keep you feeling tired. Sugar, bread, pasta, fried foods, processed cereals, deli meats loaded with chemicals and preservatives - these all lead to crashes and cravings, and are terribly hard on the body. Try to eat more whole foods and get a lot more veggies into the mix - a majority of intake rather than a tiny minority. A couple of easy ways you might get started and help you with an energy boost to get going in the right direction - try a chlorophyll supplement - I like ChlorOxygen with Mint, you mix the drops in water, and a Chlorella supplement - Vitamin Shoppe makes their own and it seems to be helping me feel more energetic and less hungry. Also, a greens drink would sneak servings of veggies in, my favorite by far is Amazing Grass - doesn't taste gross like most of them. Don't forget to drink lots of water and get lots of sleep - hugely important to feeling good!

Hey Check out Saba ACE . I was the same and I have been on Ace for 4 months , it has got me on track , I don't eat a lot of junk. It takes cravings away ect. I have literally tried everything until Ace and I'm Happy! It's not just for weight loss though , a lot of people take it for fybromyalgia , migraines, pms Haha menapause any way lol you should check it out and its completely all NATURAL ! :)
