It has been a rough couple of days. Fighting off colds and ear infections galore. Sleeping and eating too much. Not exercising enough. However, I'm back on in the saddle today. Got myself in gear with Tyler Durden in my head saying, "You're going to go through withdrawl...At 1500 calories a day, as opposed to 3000, you're going to go through withdrawl." Having dreams about forming a girl FC was inspiring too. Not that I will, but...
:) Heh. Coworkers have been inspiring. "You don't need those cookies!" to "That recipe will help you lose that hundred pounds!" to "Drink the DIET coke!" I'm truly blessed to work with such cool ladies. Plus you FS folk have been my little santa's helpers, so loving y supportive y cool. So, I'm back in action, as of today, Tuesday June 16th. So far, 656 calories. Nine hundred to go at dinner, lightly, succulently, and sparingly. It's time I remember why I do this: not just for the trips or my health or the guts or the girl. For: myself.

Yesterday I hit a new low in terms of food consumption. And by low I mean point-high. However, at least I was honest with myself. It is the first time in my time here at FS that the input has exceeded my exercise and I truly felt awful all of yesterday because of it. Not hitting myself over the head for it, but definitely learning from it. I mean, there ain't gonna be any afternoon surf sesh stays or Paris bar hoppin' if I can barely jog. . .Meh, back to the basics: less points, less calories, more music and more Japanese. *le sigh*

I'm making a new commitment to myself regarding this whole WW/weight/exercise/blahblahblah healthiness shazam:
I'm not going to beat up on myself
. I'm going to take things ONE DAY AT A TIME (just like my Artists Anon pals). Today I'm going to eat approx. 1500 cals/32 pts. This is v. close to my goal eating range (1500 cal/30pts exact). Today includes: delicious ramen and veggies, a homemade orange slushie made out of crystal lite-water-n-ice, and a hearty hearty peanut butter n oatmeal breakfast. No skimping on flavor, but skimping on straight-up gorging myself. I'd rather be gorgeous-ing myself with a new haircut, jeans, shoes etc not food. Putting my best foot forward--goofy! ;)
