Mi Top Ten WEIGHT LOSS INSPIRING Films

Planet Terror
This film is a testament to the fact that if you want to do something in life, you gotta pick yourself up and do it. Nevermind the famous cameos, stylized dialogue, hilarious mise-en-scene details or twisted plot. This film is about survival and how beautiful that is, baby.

Y Tu Mama Tambien
If the skinny is that the ephemerality of life could be captured in 24 frames per second, I think this film deserves such a descriptive award. Never has a road-journey film so eloquently looked at the true meaning of maturity, love, and pain.

Blade Runner
This film remains the most visually bleakly bountiful film for me in the whole of the sci-fi genre. Each time I watch it I am more transfixed with it for its sheer visual grandeur. It remains my favorite Philip K Dick adaptation for its optimism, exercise, cool, and rain.

Wild Things
More proof that if you are skinny, beautiful & a genius, you can be underestimated. The scandalously beautiful cast of this film creates a world of intrigue in Florida that you'd have to be in high school to believe. Thankfully, when this film hit VHS, I was.
