Weight loss is going no where!!!
So I'm the heaviest I've ever been and I've been trying properly for a month to lose weight and haven't even really managed a kg!!!!!! I have no idea what I'm doing wrong but I feel crap and look crap and I'm just so unhappy about how I look at the minute! I'm supposed to be going away for the weekend with my bf and his 2 brothers and their gf's one of whom is determined to get herself into a size 0! Mostly because she's a moron! But she never ever misses an opportunity to make you feel like a bag of pudgy crap and so so small Sad I may punch her square in the face before the weekend is out! If she says something about my weight I don't think I'll be able to resist flooring her! Has anyone got ANY tips to get rid of this stupid extra weight????? I'm not looking for any quick fixes, I wanna lose weight slowly and healthily! But not as slowly as what I am doing! Any supplements that might help?

how to sync phone to website
hey. well i use my blackberry and the web and when i put it in on the web and then go onto my phone its there and then when i enter things on the web and look on my phone its there. I also have it on my ipod touch and on that theres a thing right at the bottom that says "sync" i've never had to use it but i assume thats what you'd need and its probably on my bb (not looked) and i guess on yours too. I reckon it just does it automatically Smile

green tea! benefits.... are there any??
So I bought some green tea, just a store own brand, and I've been drinking it in the morning only for like a few days now. I'm just wondering, are there actually any real benefits? I don't know anybody with any personal experience. All I've noticed so far is I'm always bursting for the loo and thats about all! It is early days yet I guess!

so much sweat!!!-embarrassing plz help
what kind of clothes do you wear at the gym? Sweating while your working out is a good thing anyway and it can't be helped. I also have a sweaty bum problem so when I go to the gym I wear adidas climacool stuff or the adidas running tights cuz they don't show the sweat. I seem to have a problem with anything made out of cotton.
