i am 34, married, mother or 2 beautiful girls. Eldest is 7 and youngest is 2. I work 4 days a week. I. Did bootcamp for a year and lost10kg. I really want to shift the last of my baby belly and get rid of the flab. I joined a gym to help target certain areas but I miss the group thing. Look forward to talking to other mums looking to shed those last few kg.

HI.
I must say you have come to the right place, i have only recently joined Fat Secret and every time i have written a post people have been so supportive and encouraging. How bout you stop with the Diets and just focus on healthy living and healthy eating, as soon as you say Diet you think about all the things you CANT have. Every thing in moderation is what they say. I have so many healthy books i just pick and chose menus ( when i plan that is ) im finding it hard to plan my week with busy schedule, so thats what im working on Smile good luck

its not a diet its healthy living
Every time I start logging my food I eat worse because I think im on a diet and I go nuts and eat what I cant have. So the past two weeks look really bad. Why do we do this to our selves. Need to break out all the healthy cook books and start planning my meals again.

Sad well i have a lot to learn about logging my food over the week end, i stopped logging my food once i left work on friday and looking back too ashamed to list every thing i ate over the long week end, although i did work out it still doesnt counteract what i ate. must try harder this week end.
