I have been trying to break my long time habit of having coffee and a snack before bed at night and so far I have made it two days. I have probably only made it because I have been so tired I have gone to sleep not too long after dinner, but two days is still good no matter how I did it. I know I will probably crave a little something some evenings, but I will do my best to just have a cup of coffee and skip the snack.
I am on day 3 of tracking my diet and so far I am doing well. Planning what I will be eating for the entire day seems to work well for me.
I have been too tired this week to exercise, but I plan on beginning my workouts again on Monday.

Over the past few days stress has done me in again. I need to realize that comfort food is only just that at the moment it hits your lips. After that the way I feel is all but comfortable. Today I am bloated and exhausted and I think the only real nutrition in anything I ate this weekend was the lettuce and tomato on the burger I ate. I am feeling tired and cranky today, which is not the way I should feel when I wake up. I want and need my energy back and the only way to do it and feel healthy is to stick to eating properly and getting much needed exercise. I have planned my eating for the day as well as my exercise for this afternoon. I am also committed to drinking 2 of my 28oz cups of water. As I am writing this the call came in that my child is sick. Hopefully I can take care of her and stick to todays goals.
