Over the past few days stress has done me in again. I need to realize that comfort food is only just that at the moment it hits your lips. After that the way I feel is all but comfortable. Today I am bloated and exhausted and I think the only real nutrition in anything I ate this weekend was the lettuce and tomato on the burger I ate. I am feeling tired and cranky today, which is not the way I should feel when I wake up. I want and need my energy back and the only way to do it and feel healthy is to stick to eating properly and getting much needed exercise. I have planned my eating for the day as well as my exercise for this afternoon. I am also committed to drinking 2 of my 28oz cups of water. As I am writing this the call came in that my child is sick. Hopefully I can take care of her and stick to todays goals.
