CHEATING!
Having what you like is okay as long as its in moderation and it fits into your macro. I for one have weakness for ice cream. I found skinny cow ice cream and have one each night so I don't go crazy. When I over do it I just push more in the gym, extend my walks or go for a bike ride. One night I was dying for pizza do I walked 8.5 miles from work in a suit at 85 degrees.. it all based on your motivation and the desire to accomplish your goal.

Want to eat all the time
Drink water or rite drinks. When your done drinking drink some more. Staying hydrated is key. Eat low calorie food.. air popped popcorn, apples, etc.
