I am a work at home mom that homeschools my oldest son. I am a teacher by trade and currently tutor a variety of ages and subjects. I am planning to return to work full time in the fall. I would like to get back down to a size where all of my current "teaching" clothes fit me comfortably.

Getting discouraged with the scale
Muscle does way more than fat but is more compact. So if you are measuring too, you will see the difference. The weight may go up a little. One of the most common mistakes people make is to think that they worked out so they can eat more.
