I'm a grandma, almost 60, working fulltime. I have always been the short,pudgey one on the end of the family group pictures. I'm menopausal and hypothyroid, so I have increased difficulty losing weight.
My weight ideal is a healthy 150. I want to reduce my cholesterol and trim my toenails without grunting. I want clothes to fit my frame. I hate buying clothes that cover my spare tire, but are too big in the shoulders or hips.
