I am Bonnie from CT, 51 yo, mother of 2 and "B-Ma" to 3 of the best grandchildren in the world. I have been heavy since I had my kids, so like 29 years. Have been on ww a couple of times and lost about 50 pds but of course it found me again. Went to the dr. in March 09 and said I gained 10 more pds and blood work is close to diabetic. She advised me to cut down to 6 sv. of carbs a day and start walking. Gave myself a couple of weeks to eat, lol, and then 4/15 I started cuttting the carbs and walking slowly. Hopefully I keep it up, I know I need too! I want to live to see my grandchildren on their wedding days.

I need to thank my dtr. for her help thru this adventure. She went on a diet a couple of months ago and did so great. Of course she doesn't have as much weight to lose as I do but just seeing her do so great on her diet and looking so great is an encouragement in itself. Keep up the work Kelly!
