A bubbly 44 year old retired party girl. Mum to the best son ever - but he is 21 now so I need to kick my butt back into action.
Over the years I never had mega issues with my weight but I did manage to fall into poor eating habits including a difficult battle to deal with bulimia. I'm sure if I had the time and the funds to attend therapy it would relate to how I deal with stress.
I have given up on gyms - they don't work for me. I started Pilates about a year back and did lose about 28lbs but then the weight loss stopped. I have just start Bikram yoga and happy to report really challenged by this exercise.
But food is still a comfort blanket for me and i'm very fond of white carbs - the worst.
So the diet start Monday 29th April . bring it on. Plus I'm travelling to China in October to attend my baby brother's wedding so I must look fab for that event.
