I have been on a roller coaster for many years. I will loose 85 to 90 lbs. Then life will change and I get caught up in it and begin to use food as comfort. I choose good food, but fail to watch my portions. An extra spoon here, extra slice there, one more bowl is ok, is what I would tell myself. Before I knew it I have gained back alot of weight I had worked to trim off. The people around me influence my choices. I need to stay focused on my food consumption and choices.
