Completely lost :(
One of the biggest issues with weight loss is that people seem to do things to the extreme and right away. If you, say, go from usually consuming 2500 calories per day without exercising at all, to eating only 1200 calories and trying to pull off 2 hour workouts, that is such a drastic lifestyle change that it'll be almost impossible to stick with.

I would suggest trying to make little changes everyday. For example it could start out with something as simple as taking the stairs instead of the elevator and cutting out sugary drinks from your diet. Over time, if you set yourself new goals every few weeks, eventually you won't even think about doing certain things, they will have just become part of your lifestyle!

And remember, even if you slip up, there's no need to give up! If you fall back into your old habits one week, you can always pick it up again the next!
