I did eat more today, about 570 calories. It's hard to increase your calories but keep the carps low. No bread helped and shrimp works well. I was able to finally have a bowel movement tonight so my weight tomorrow should show that. If my previous apple day and extra calories today don't trick my body to start loosing more weight I am not going to be very happy. Wish me luck.

I hope my apple day will start me going back down. It wasn't as hard as I thought...I just don't want to do it again. :-) I will try to eat closer to 600 calories tomorrow, just to shake things up.

I don't understand why I am not loosing weight. I haven't measured my water so maybe I didn't drink a full gallon of water, but still...
This week I am suppose to be between 500 & 600 calories. I am wondering if I shouldn't go back to less than 500.

Didn't loose weight from the slight calorie increase. I may try to stay closer to 500 than 600. I will also do some yard work to see if that will help.

For this week I am suppose to consume between 500 and 600 calories. Fat 7g to 15g Carbs 30 30g to 40g Protein 50g to 70g
I had to adjust my totals in the evening to accomodate.
I was really low in fat but but I had fogotten about coconut oil. I used some as a dressing on spanich mixed with apple cider and it was really good.
