I did eat more today, about 570 calories. It's hard to increase your calories but keep the carps low. No bread helped and shrimp works well. I was able to finally have a bowel movement tonight so my weight tomorrow should show that. If my previous apple day and extra calories today don't trick my body to start loosing more weight I am not going to be very happy. Wish me luck.
