For this week I am suppose to consume between 500 and 600 calories. Fat 7g to 15g Carbs 30 30g to 40g Protein 50g to 70g I had to adjust my totals in the evening to accomodate. I was really low in fat but but I had fogotten about coconut oil. I used some as a dressing on spanich mixed with apple cider and it was really good.
